— THE FIRST GOOD BOY —
The old golden retriever who said it first.
An old golden retriever with golden fur gone pale around the muzzle, Buddy is the first animal to say 'Good Boy, Ween' during the ice storm in Book 1. He comes by every morning to sit with Ween on the porch and watch the yard wake up. Quiet, gentle, and wise — the kind of friend who doesn't need words.
The first to say "Good Boy, Ween."
